CMFA Issues $6,000,000 in Tax-Exempt Financing for Sycamore Ridge Family Apartments
The Sycamore Ridge Family Apartments project is the new construction of a 24-unit affordable multi-family housing development. This financing will create 23 units of affordable housing for the City of Willows for the next 55 years.
