CMFA Completes the Issuance of $17,000,000 in Bonds for Vintage at Sycamore Apartments
The Vintage at Sycamore Apartments project is the new construction of a senior affordable housing project located in the City of Simi Valley. This financing will create 50 units of affordable senior housing for the City of Simi Valley for the next 55 years.
