San Antonio Gardens to Finance and refinance the construction, acquisition, improvement, and equipping of senior living communities located in the cty of Pomona, Los Angeles County, California. With the funding of this transaction, Mt. San Antonio Gardens will be able to continue to provide independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care to senior residents. This transaction will help reduce the fiscal burden from the debt that MSAG is carrying with lower rates and better loan terms while providing proceeds for ongoing capital improvements to the facilities.
