The CMFA Completes the Issuance of $89,818,090 in Bonds for Casa Suenos to Finance affordable rental housing facility located in the City of Oakland, Alameda County, California. The Casa Suenos Apartments project is the new construction of a 181-unit affordable housing facility. This financing will create 179-units of affordable housing in the City of Oakland for the next 55 years.

The CMFA Completes the Issuance of $175,000,000 in Bonds for Republic Services, Inc. to finance the solid waste disposal facilities which will provide critical waste transportation services, recycling, liquids management, solids management, and treatment, storage, and disposal for responsible and sustainable waste management services throughout the state of California. Republic Services also provides increased employment opportunities in the areas surrounding its facilities and is an active supporter of community events and programs that make the communities sustainable and healthier places to live, work, and play.
