The CMFA Continues to Give Back to Non-Profits in California
The CMFA continues to give back to the communities in California by directing a portion of its issuance fees to charitable organizations. A total of three non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations received a total of $25,000 in grants from the California Foundation for Stronger Communities with funds donated by the CMFA:
• The Oak Grove Institute Foundation provides 24-hour residential and educational treatment center for mentally disabled children.
• The Dangerfield Institute of Urban Problems is a Los Angeles-based non-profit that supports qualified foster parents to provide safe, caring and nurturing environments to children waiting for placement.
• The SJB Child Development Centers offers quality education-based child care to low and moderate income families in Santa Clara County.
