Rural Communities Housing Developer Selects the CMFA for their Walnut Village Project
Recently, Rural Communities Housing Development Corporation selected the CMFA as Issuer for their Walnut Village Apartments. The Ukiah based project consists of 48 units and serves low-income residents in the area. The financing ensures that Walnut Village Apartments will continue to provide 48 affordable apartments for low-income and very low income households.
