CMFA Financings Enables $40,000 in Contributions to California Non-Profits

The CMFA continues to give back to the communities in California by directing a portion of its issuance fees to charitable organizations.  A total of four non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations received $40,000 total in grants from the California Foundations for Stronger Communities with funds donated by the CMFA.

 The four deserving organizations include:

Westside Children’s Centeris a non-profit agency that supports underserved, vulnerable children and their families in west Los Angeles County.

Get OnThe Busis a program of The Center for Restorative Justice Works, a non-profit organization that unites children, families and communities separated by crime and the criminal justice system.

The Dana Point 5thMarine Regiment Support Group (DPMRSG) provides support and outreach to the 5th MAR Marines, Sailors and their families. The DPMRSG sponsored events assist those stationed at Camp Pendleton or deployed and their families.

SFMadeis a non-profit focused on building San Francisco’s economic base by developing the local manufacturing sector. Their unique program brings the region’s top business leaders together with the owners of new or existing SF-based manufacturers in hopes of building sustainable companies that create employment opportunities for a diverse local workforce.
