The CMFA refinances $15,898,750 in Tax-Exempt Bonds for the YMCA of San Francisco

CMFA issues $11,655,000 in Tax-Exempt Bonds to the John Adams Academies, Inc. in Roseville, California

John Adams Academy is Northern California’s only tuition-free, K-12 Classical Leadership Education Charter School. Proceeds of the Bonds will be used to expand and improve the existing facilities located at One Sierra Gate Plaza and acquire an adjacent property and the approximately 50,000 square foot, two-story educational building located at Seven Sierra Gate Plaza in the City of Roseville, California.

CMFA issues $120,260,000 in Bonds to Community Medical Centers, located in Clovis and Fresno, California

The proceeds of the Bonds, together with other available funds, were used for improvements and equipping of Clovis Community Medical Center, owned and operated by the Fresno Community Hospital. The CCMC campus in Clovis (which is contiguous to the City of Fresno) consists of an acute care hospital with a five-story tower and a three-story tower connected to an outpatient surgery/ endoscopy/diagnostic center. The facility has all private rooms.
