Recently the CMFA assisted Touro University with a large restructuring benefitting several campuses within the Touro University network. Proceeds from the CMFA Revenue 2014 Bonds will refinance the costs of the construction of certain capital improvements at the University’s campus in Vallejo, California.  The Mare Island campus is home to the school’s medical school.
