The CMFA continues to give back to the communities in California by directing a portion of its issuance fees to charitable organizations. Two 501(c)(3) organizations received $30,000 in contributions from the California Foundation for Stronger Communities with funds donated by the CMFA.

The two well deserving organizations include: Coalition for Responsible Community Development and Retirement Housing Foundation.

·         Coalition for Responsible Community Development sustains, ordinates and improves local planning, development, and community services of South Los Angeles

·         Retirement Housing Foundation provides assisted living programs for low-income seniors.
