Non-Profit BloodSource, Inc. Reduces Interest Cost Through the CMFA

The CMFA successfully facilitated a $22,000,000 tax-exempt financing for the BloodSource, Inc.  Founded in 1948, the non-profit provides a readily available, safe blood supply to over 40 hospitals in 25 Northern California counties.  Proceeds from the financing will help reduce the organization’s overall interest costs associated with the acquisition of their headquarters and capital improvements.
