The CMFA Provides Low-cost Financing for Santa Rosa Academy in Menifee, California

June 5, 2012 The CMFA successfully closed a $ 24,035,000 tax-exempt financing for Santa Rosa Academy. The Charter School serves students in southwest Riverside County. Proceeds will be used to construct and enhance a new expanded campus that will allow for the consolidation of two school sites.
