The CMFA Provides Low-cost Financing for Acquisition and Rehabilitation of Kenneth Henry Court Apartments in Oakland, California

The CMFA successfully closed a $3,800,000 tax-exempt financing for Satellite Housing, Inc., to acquire and rehabilitate the Kenneth Henry Court Apartments located in the City of Oakland, California. The developer is committed to quality, enduring, attractive, and affordable housing for low-income seniors, families, and special needs populations.  The project will provide 51 affordable rental housing apartments.
