CMFA Completes the Issuance of $33,814,000 in Bonds for Satellite Housing

December 16, 2011 The CMFA completed the issuance of $33,814,000 in tax-exempt private activity bonds. Proceeds from the bonds will be used for a major rehabilitation project for Satellite Housing. Glen Brook Terrace Apartments, Park Boulevard Apartments, Satellite Central, Doh On Yuen Apartments and Stuart Pratt Manor all provide affordable housing for seniors in Alameda County.
