CMFA Completes the Issuance of $3,300,000 in Bonds for Conquistador Villa & Huron Garden Apartments

November 16, 2011 The CMFA completed the issuance of $3,300,000 in tax-exempt private activity bonds benefitting Conquistador Villa and Huron Garden Apartments located in the City of Huron, Fresno County, CA. Proceeds of the bonds will be used to acquire and rehabilitate a total of 76 affordable apartments for low-income residents.
