CMFA Completes the Issuance of $3,200,000 in Bonds for Countryway and Midland Manor Apartments

November 16, 2011 The CMFA completed the issuance of $3,200,000 in tax-exempt private activity bonds benefitting Countryway and Midland Manor Apartments located in the City of Mendota, Fresno County, CA. Proceeds of the bonds will be used to acquire and rehabilitate a total of 79 affordable apartments for low-income residents.
