CMFA Completes the Issuance of $13,541,500 in Bonds for Evergreen Apartments

December 16, 2011 The CMFA completed the issuance of $13,541,500 in tax-exempt private activity bonds benefitting Evergreen Apartments located in the City of Long Beach, Los Angeles County, CA. Proceeds of the bonds will be used to acquire and rehabilitate two project sites that will allow 78 families enjoy high quality affordable housing.
