CMFA Complete the Issuance of $3,250,000 in Bonds for Santa Fe Commons & 9th Street Apartments

November 2, 2011 The CMFA completed the issuance of $3,250,000 in tax-exempt private activity bonds benefitting Santa Fe Commons and 9th Street Apartments located in the City of Pittsburgh, Contra Costa County, CA. Proceeds will be used to construct provide 29 affordable apartments for low-income residents.
