CMFA Complete the Issuance of $10,000,000 in Bonds for Poway Villas

November 8, 2011 The CMFA completed the issuance of $10,000,000 in tax-exempt private activity bonds benefitting Poway Villas located in the City of Poway, San Diego County, CA. Proceeds will be used to acquire and rehabilitate 60 affordable apartments for low-income residents.
