The CMFA Assists Burbank Housing Development Corporation with the Financing of 65 Newly-Constructed Affordable Housing Units

May 24, 2012 The CMFA successfully closed a $15,172,020 tax-exempt financing for Burbank Housing Development Corporation, a non-profit public benefit corporation. Proceeds from the financing will be used to construct 65 Affordable Apartments for low-income families and individuals in Petaluma, California.
